Our Elkhart Cluster Sales Team, representing the Hilton Garden Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Courtyard by Marriott Elkhart, is proudly backing the 2023 Rudolph Romp event hosted by Elkhart United Aquatics at the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center from December 1st to 3rd.
This event is more than a swim meet; it’s a testament to the vibrant spirit of our local community. Our teams have stepped up in a big way, contributing snacks to fuel the excitement at the concessions stand. This not only adds to the event’s energy but also helps raise funds as participants and attendees indulge in these treats.
Beyond snacks, we’ve funded the hospitality room, providing a haven for swimmers to relax and prepare between heats. It’s a small gesture that goes a long way in ensuring the well-being and comfort of these dedicated athletes.
Friday 12/1 Distance Session:
- Pool Deck Access: 3:45 PM
- Warm Up: 4:00-5:00 PM
- Meet Start: 5:10 PM
Saturday 12/2 & Sunday 12/3 Sessions:
- Doors Open: 7:00 AM
- Ages 13 & Up Warm Up: 7:30-8:15 AM
- Ages 13 & Up Meet Start: 8:20 AM
- Ages 12 & Under Pool Deck Access: 12:30 PM
- Ages 12 & Under Warm Up: 12:45-1:30 PM
- Ages 12 & Under Meet Start: 1:45 PM
